This 925 sterling silver pendant features our original Hau'oli, or happy, starfish motif paired with a white mother of pearl shell. The engraving onthis piecewas done entirely by hand.

Starfish, or Hokuhele, is a representation of the guiding star that will protect you through troubled waters. Poseidon extinguished the stars in the sky and made them fall into the sea in the form of little stars so that a young man could give them to his beloved. From that moment on, the starfish has been considered a true love charm.
